Refund policy

At BIONIQS, customer safety and product integrity come first. Because our products are ingestible dietary supplements, we only accept returns for items that are unopened, unused, and still sealed.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
  • Have the tamper-evident seal intact
  • Be accompanied by a valid order number or proof of purchase

Opened, unsealed, or partially used products are not eligible for return unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email support@mybioniqs.com before sending any item back.

If your return is approved, we will provide:

  • A Return Authorization (RMA)
  • Return instructions
  • The approved return address

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@mybioniqs.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label
  • A brief description of the issue

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer either:

  • A replacement at no additional cost, or
  • A full refund to the original payment method

If the error was ours, any standard shipping charges paid for that item will also be refunded.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or unsealed products
  • Used or partially used items
  • Final sale items
  • Clearance or promotional items marked non-returnable
  • Gift cards

For health, safety, and product integrity reasons, ingestible products cannot be returned once opened.

5. Lost, Missing, or Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please:

  • Check with household members, neighbors, building management, or parcel lockers
  • Check around your delivery location
  • Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date

We will review the shipment and assist with a carrier investigation when appropriate. Resolutions for lost or missing deliveries are handled on a case-by-case basis.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will work to provide an appropriate resolution.

6. Refused, Unclaimed, or Undeliverable Orders

If an order is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, we may issue a refund once the item is returned to us in unopened and resalable condition.

Any refund in this situation may be reduced by the original shipping charge and any return shipping costs incurred.

7. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please request an approved return for the original item, if eligible, and place a new order separately.

8. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after processing. Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Refunds for discounted bundles or promotional offers may be prorated
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please check with your bank or card issuer before contacting us

9. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@mybioniqs.com.

We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will be subject to this Refund Policy.

10. US Shipping Only

BIONIQS currently sells and ships to customers in the United States only.
