Prices

We process and ship orders according to our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Once a package is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@mybioniqs.com within 7 days of receipt.
Due to product safety regulations for ingestible goods, we can only accept unopened, sealed items within 30 days of delivery.
Returns must comply with our full Return & Refund Policy available on our website.
We cannot accept returns on:
Opened or used products
Final sale or promotional items
Gift cards
Perishable or short-dated stock
Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the return is inspected and approved. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
