Shipping policy

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 12:00 PM (local warehouse time) will be processed the next business day.

During high-volume periods, sales events, or holidays, processing may take up to 3–4 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.


2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship from U.S. fulfillment centers using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Typical delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance, location, or weather conditions.


3. International Shipping

BIONIQS proudly ships worldwide to most countries.
International orders are shipped via DHL, UPS International, or GlobalPost depending on destination.

  • Transit time: 7–21 business days on average.

  • Customs clearance: Delays may occur due to local inspection or import procedures.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Import duties, VAT, or taxes are not included in the product or shipping cost. These are the buyer’s responsibility and may be collected upon delivery.
We cannot mark packages as “gifts” or alter declared values.

If an order is refused, unclaimed, or returned by customs, we will refund the product cost minus shipping both ways once the unopened package is safely received.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct.
BIONIQS is not responsible for delayed or lost deliveries resulting from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Missing apartment or suite numbers

  • Carrier delivery errors

If a package is marked “Delivered” but you did not receive it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members.

  2. Look around entryways or parcel lockers.

  3. Contact the carrier with your tracking number.

If still unresolved, reach out to support@mybioniqs.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or missing items, contact us immediately at support@mybioniqs.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the packaging and product

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll investigate with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.


7. Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes (for select carriers)

  • Countries or regions under trade restrictions or where supplements are prohibited

  • Freight forwarders or re-export addresses

Certain ingredients or formulations may be restricted in some regions. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify import eligibility before ordering.


8. Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is submitted, it enters automatic processing and cannot always be modified.
If you need to cancel or adjust an order, contact us within 1 hour of purchase. We will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment has begun.


9. Delivery Delays or Force Majeure

BIONIQS is not liable for delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
weather events, customs delays, labor strikes, natural disasters, or carrier disruptions.
